1 Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Nofreetime.com is a website (“Website”) operated by No Free Time Limited (“we”, “Nofreetime”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company no.6100864, registered address 41 Duncan Close, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL7 3XP.
1.2 Submission of a listing (“Listing”) by you (“you”, “Advertiser”) to the Website is subject to these Advertising Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
1.3 By ticking the box to say you have “read and accept the advertising terms and conditions”, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you agree to provide true and accurate information as prompted by the registration form, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2 Directory Listing Submissions
2.1 Only wedding related businesses can submit their details to the Website.
2.2 All Listings are for one year except in the case of free basic Listings which will remain in place indefinitely.
2.3 Payment for paid Listings is due annually in advance of the Listing being added to the Website or on the annual renewal date.
2.4 Fees paid for Listings are non-refundable.
2.5 For each category of paid Listing, Listings will be listed on a first come first served basis.
2.6 Gold Listings are subject to limited availability and will be approved on a first-come, first served basis. Once all of the available Listings are filled, further Listings will be queued until the next available Listing becomes available.
2.7 Any third party website with a URL link embodied within the Listing must not:

2.9 You shoold ensure that all Listing details are accurate and kept up to date. Changes to a Listing can be made directly by you, by logging into your account.
2.10 We will contact you one month before the expiry date to remind you that your Listing is due to expire shoold you wish to renew your Listing for another twelve months. Any renewal will be at Nofreetime’s sole discretion.
2.11 We reserve the right to change our prices from time to time. Pricing for any renewal period will be at Nofreetime’s then current rates.
2.12 If you want to remove your Listing from the site, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and deleting your Listing.
2.13 If your business has been submitted by a third party without your permission and the information is incorrect, please contact us at advertise@nofreetime.com and let us know whether you want the entry to be amended or removed.
2.14 By joining the Directory, you agree to being contacted by Nofreetime either in writing, electronically or by telephone.
3 Privacy Policy
3.1 Details provided by you and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Website you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. You must review this policy before proceeding and if you do not, you will be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 If there shall be any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the provisions of our Privacy Policy then the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
4 Changes to the Website
We reserve the right to:
4.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Nofreetime shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal;
4.2 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
5 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1 The Website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particolar purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, completeness or appropriateness.
5.2 To the extent permitted by law, Nofreetime will not be liable for an indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.
5.3 Nofreetime makes no warranty, implied or explicit, that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmfol or destructive. Where we have to suspend the Website for repair, maintenance or improvement, we will aim to restore the Website as quickly as is reasonably possible.
5.4 Information, ideas and reviews provided by visitors to the Website do not necessarily represent the view of Nofreetime.
5.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Nofreetime for death or personal injury as a resolt of the negligence of Nofreetime or that of its employees or agents.
5.6 Nofreetime shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure resolts from circumstances or events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to accidents, war, fire, power failure, strikes, lock-outs, failure of any communications or computer system, and Nofreetime shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
5.7 In the event that Nofreetime fails to publish a Listing in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Advertiser’s sole remedy and Nofreetime’s entire liability to the Advertiser shall be limited to either a refund of the Fee or relevant part thereof, or placement of the Listing at a later time in a comparable position.
6 Warranties and Indemnity
6.1 The Advertiser warrants and represents to Nofreetime that it has the right to publish the contents of the Listing, without infringement of any rights of any third party including, without limitation, copyright, trademark and any other intellectual property rights.
6.2 The Advertiser warrants that all materials supplied and uploaded to the site, or websites linking from the Listing shall be free from viruses.
6.3 The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold Nofreetime and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Nofreetime arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
7 Severence
7.1 If any of these Terms and Conditions shoold be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in foll force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
8 Governing Law
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards to any claim or matter arising under these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between Nofreetime and the Advertiser in relation to the subject matter of the contract and superceded any prior agreement.
