Wedding Stationery Templates
If you’re going to make your own wedding stationery, one of the most time consuming
aspects is creating and formatting the inserts. To save you time, we’ve put together
a range of free printable wedding invitation templates and other stationery templates
for you to download.
Styles of template
To help you choose the relevant template, we’ve summarised the different styles
of template below:
- Folded – to be used with folded cards. Inserts can be stuck inside
the card using a thin line of glue to the right of the spine, or tying ribbon (or
elasticated string) along the spine. Templates in A5, A6 and DL size.
- Flat – to be stuck direct onto flat card or inside folded cards.
For quick and easy gluing, try a spray adhesive.
- Scrolls – look great on thick paper, such as Indian cotton paper.
Scrolls should be rolled from the bottom with the information facing upwards. The
finished scroll should display only the title text and can then be tied with ribbon
to hold it in place. nofreetime tip – tie ribbon into circles with
a loose tie before you roll the scroll so you can slide the ‘pre-tied’ ribbon onto
the scroll to keep it in place. If you’re making invitation scrolls, you’ll need
postal tubes to send them. You can buy postal tubes for as little as £40 per 100
from Find me a gift, Wedding DIY,
All Pack Direct or Defendapack.
- Three-sided – create perfect triangular shaped stationery by printing
direct onto thin card or A4 paper which is then stuck onto card.
Whether you’re making menus, orders of service or wedding invitations, we’ve got
more than thirty free printable templates to choose from. To find a template, click

Make sure you’ve read our template instructions below before you start.
Template instructions
All menu, order of service, order of the day and wedding invitation templates use
A4 sheets of paper. Trimming instructions are stated in the tables below next to
the relevant template.
- Download one of our free printable menu, order of service, order of the day or wedding
invitation templates and save to your desktop.
- Replace text or spaces (or ‘-‘) with your own text.
- Check whether the template is single or double sided. Set your printer to print
to both sides for double sided templates.
- Print one copy as a test. Check that all text is aligned and printed correctly.
Trim paper as per the instructions.
- If you are happy with the result, save the document and print off the required numbers
of copies.
NB. Our menu, order of service, order of the day and wedding invitation templates
have been created using example wording and font. Inserting extra lines or changing
the font may mean you’ll have to re-arrange wording or trim different amounts from
the top, bottom or side. These templates are not for commercial use and are for
personal use only. All copyrights belong to No Free Time Limited. Download Instructions on how to use Wedding Stationary
