After the Big Day
Once the day has come and gone you may well experience an anti-climax or you might just be relieved that all the stress and planning is behind you.
Some fathers get very emotional at the thought of 'giving their daughter away'. Try and arrange something to look forward to after the big day to help soften the blues and give you something new to look forward to.
It’s also nice to write to the groom’s parents to thank them for their help arranging the day and for all their support, once again welcoming them to your family.
